  • Over 5 years of experience in retail management within a high-energy environment.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of over 30 employees.
  • Understands the importance of a highly engaged team and fosters a positive in-store culture.
  • Experienced in managing profit and loss accounts, ensuring targets and business goals are achieved.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to convey messages clearly, listen effectively, and engage colleagues.
  • Nurtures future leaders and contributes to succession planning.
  • Recognizes the value of diverse perspectives and backgrounds as crucial for optimal team performance.
  • Skilled at influencing and engaging with all levels within an organization.
  • You will have a background in supporting and mentoring store teams to drive growth and execute business initiatives aligned with our strategy.
  • Embraces innovation and is willing to explore new ideas.
