This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the company’s online presence, managing two web stores while driving e-commerce growth. The position is based either in Dublin City Centre or Naas, Kildare, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Directors, the E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall online landscape, developing strategies to enhance digital sales performance, and managing a team of three. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in e-commerce, content management, and digital marketing who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize two web stores to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion rates, and online sales growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage three direct reports: a Customer Service Advisor, a Content Creator, and an Order Fulfilment Executive.
• Provide direction of content curation for the website, working closely with the Content Creator to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Utilize CMS platforms, including WordPress and Shopify, to manage and enhance the website’s functionality.
• Oversee the overall digital landscape, ensuring the company’s online presence remains competitive and up-to-date.
• Analyse website performance, sales data, and customer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online initiatives with broader business goals.
• Ensure efficient campaign management, inventory control, and fulfilment processes.
• Maintain best practices in UX, SEO, and site optimization for improved performance.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong background in online sales and digital marketing.
• Proficient in CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify, with a solid understanding of analytics tools.
• Strong campaign management skills with the ability to drive digital sales initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple streams of work.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, analytical, and results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
