The company is expanding rapidly and is seeking a talented Area Business Manager to drive growth and performance across multiple locations.
Role Overview:
As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and performance of multiple retail stores. This role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and maintaining outstanding customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the assigned area.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all stores operate efficiently, comply with company policies, and maintain high standards in visual merchandising.
- Business Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand the business, including driving the wholesale division and securing new pop-up locations.
- Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture to ensure an exceptional shopping experience that aligns with brand values.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyse store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
- Budget & Cost Management: Manage area budgets, control costs, and optimise financial performance.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business growth.
- Recruitment & Retention: Build, motivate, and retain strong teams across various locations.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an area management role overseeing 3+ locations within the retail sector, ideally within jewellery or a related industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and leading multi-store retail operations.
- Sales Acumen: Strong background in sales with the ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
