Role Overview:

As a Jewellery Salesperson, you will be at the forefront of delivering a premium customer experience. You will be responsible for showcasing a range of exquisite jewellery, engaging with discerning clients, and ensuring each customer interaction reflects the brand's high standards of excellence. Your passion for luxury sales, attention to detail, and commitment to fostering long-term customer relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised service to clients, offering expert advice on jewellery pieces and collections to meet their needs.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing high-value transactions with professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury jewellery brands, trends, and the latest collections.
• Assist with the visual merchandising of the store to ensure products are displayed to the highest standard.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries and after-sales service with care and discretion.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols when handling high-value stock.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within jewellery or high-end fashion.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, especially when handling confidential client information.
• A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for luxury craftsmanship.
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for luxury brands.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upmarket retail environment.
