Role Overview:

As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in developing engaging content primarily for Instagram and TikTok, while also managing the social media calendar. This includes creating high-quality Reels, TikToks, and on-site video content to showcase the brand’s offerings. You will collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Manager and Marketing team to align content with business objectives, ensuring the brand’s online presence is impactful and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content: Plan, create, and publish engaging content, with a focus on Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
• Content Calendar Management: Manage and optimise the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and maximise engagement.
• On-Site Content Recording: Capture on-site video and photo content related to ongoing projects, events, and product features.
• Content Strategy: Work with the E-Commerce Manager to develop a cohesive content strategy aligned with business goals.
• SEO Optimisation: Write SEO-friendly content to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Campaign Support: Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and product launches.
• Visual Content: Source and edit images, videos, and other visual assets to enhance content quality and brand appeal.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone of voice, values, and visual identity.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the E-Commerce Manager, Customer Service Advisor, and Order Fulfilment Executive to align content with business activities and promotions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimise future campaigns.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, with proven examples of previous work (especially on Instagram and TikTok).
• Education: A marketing degree is not essential, but certifications in digital marketing are required.
• Passionate about Skincare/Aesthetics: Not a deal-breaker if this isn’t you, but is advantageous.
• Social Media Skills: Expertise in creating high-quality Reels and TikTok videos, with experience in managing social media calendars.
• Digital Skills: Proficient with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress and Shopify, as well as graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Creativity: Exceptional storytelling, video recording, and editing skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
